Client weighs in on A four year project:
2 web sites, an online store and a fundraising video
Dear Richard:
As your contract with the Soldiers Home Foundation, Inc., comes to a close, I want to thank you for the years of talent, dedication, and creativity you have given to the Foundation’s and its online presence.
As you know, much of this work was well above and beyond your contract and exceeded our expectations considerably. You were there to help us through rough patches, and there were many, as we developed our online presence and developed as a Foundation. You were, and are, easy to work with, and the kind of consultant who seeks solutions—even for a shoestring budget like ours—and who develops creative solutions when he can’t find any to offer.
We have a beautiful and effective Web site and a workable, navigatable, and useable online store that boosts our presence as well as our bottom line. The Soldiers Home Foundation is more today than just a name in the phone book. Thanks to you, people all over the United States learn about us and contact us—and buy from us.
Additionally, we are extra grateful for the beautiful Chapel video you used your impressive photographic and design talents to create, as a volunteer, to aid the Foundation’s Chapel restoration project.
The Soldiers Home Foundation is on solid ground in the online playing field thanks to you. We appreciate your hard work, dedication to our mission, creativeness in solutions and design, and steadfastness in support. I would, personally or professionally, love to work with you again on any project.
Sincerely,
(signed)
